Personnel History Module
About Personnel History
The VIP Premier Personnel History Module is fully integrated to the VIP Premier Payroll System and contains comprehensive employee details that are required for Human Capital Management.
This module provides guidelines relating to various agreements, contracts, policies and procedures that are required in terms of South African legislation. Various options exist for the accurate recording of employee information in the Payroll and Human Resource environment.
Transactions can be printed or viewed on-screen.
This module provides the Human Resources Manager with detailed and updated employee information.
Standard and customised Human Resource reports can be printed combining Payroll and Personnel History information.

VIP Advisor
The VIP Advisor provides information regarding legislation, policies, procedures and codes of good practice regulating the Payroll and HR environment.
Training and Qualifications
These options allow for accurate recording of all training and development interventions, Individual training courses that form part of a qualification can be recorded, as well as the detail of all training costs involved.
Disciplinary Actions and Grievances
The detail of all disciplinary enquiries, hearings, actions and grievances can be recorded.
Interviews
This option allows for the accurate recording of all types of interviews: Initial interviews, Appraisal interviews, Disciplinary interviews, Termination interviews, etc.
Family Information
Detailed records of all family members and next of kin information can be maintained.
Medical Information
This option allows for the recording of general medical information per employee, as well as OID incidents. For OID records, follow-up examinations can also be entered and the information required for OID forms can be printed.
Attachments
This option allows you to add documentation to the employee's record.
Available for VIP Premier Payroll.
Other options available in this Module include:
- Updated Motor Vehicle information as well as accurate recording of all accidents and fines,
- Problem and General information,
- Career History detail,
- Remuneration History detail,
- The detailed recording of all Items Issued to employees,
- Detailed Membership information, and
- Supplementary Information, such as Passport, Contract, Clock Card and Union numbers, additional contact details and other miscellaneous information.

How to Access the Personnel History Module Options
- Click on HRM.
- Click on Personnel History.
- The Personnel History Menu with all the available options and Sub Menu options will be displayed.
